Cbr 1100 blackbird.55k.i look after so much.service every 3k.simi oil,filter oil.now i change spark,fully oil,?

cbr 1100 blackbird.55k.i look after so much.service every 3k.simi oil,filter oil.now i change spark,fully oil,New air filter,oil filtet.and i used engine flash.and i put 1 liter oil for clean after flashed engine..now the sound not right like 2 sound come from the engine 1 normal and 1 like i dont know.oj before i change the spark i did use redx for cleane the enjeaction and all system.after i did the service.
