Song help please!?

Okay, it's a new song that they started playing on the radio recently. It's pop-ish and rap-ish. It goes something like this at the beginning, he sounds like a jamaican guy, he's talking not singing "it's summer, ladies lookin' hot" or something like that. It has a little bit of techno to it. And then when the singer comes in it goes like "wind up wind up wind up oh yeah" (4x) it sounds like wind up to me but I could be wrong. Everytime I go to google I just get results for Gwen Stefani's Wind It Up. So I'm probably wrong with the wind up part. There's also a part where she goes "and I want you I want you" and then it goes "you don't have to stop" and when she says stop it echoes like "sto-o-o-op" with the awe sound ya know lol. If anybody has any clue at what I'm talking about please let me know.
