He didn't call me..Does that mean he doesn't like me?

I don't really think he is going to call because he doesn't have a face to the name and guys have a funny way of thinking. He may think you are a stalker or something of that sort and doesn't want to call, not saying that you are. I would say try to get his attention and talk to him but don't let him know the note was from you until u feel he is interested. Some guys do like it when the girls make the moves and go for them first!
