My three year old granddaugther spend two and more weeks without poo, she is in medications but it do not help?

Her mom put a suppository to the girl each two weeks to help her to poo, so each two weeks the poor girl can poo. i feel really worry about my little granddaughter, her appetite is really poor, an she seems at overall troubling and irritate. i need to know how i can help her?
