Adult Diapers, should I tell all?

I have had a for adult diapers for the past few years. I enjoy wearing them round the house and using them to go toilet in, I also masturbate in them. The thing is I have just met a new guy, he is lovely and I think it could go somewhere but I dont know if I should tell him about what I like to do, I could give up wearing them no problems but I would love it if he indulged this side of me and would join in with changing me an making sure I was clean and dry, aswell as the ual side of things.
