Does the palmers coco er make your skin orange?

Hey everyone! So i have really dry, patchy, red bumps on my arms and they just look so dull and patchy so i wanted a cream or a er and i saw the Palmers Coco er and i wanted to try it but when i read the ingredients it said something about having Yellow, red and orange and i was too scared to buy it because the last thing i want is orange skin...does anybody know if it turns your skin orange?
