I downloaded a dvd movie from limewire... i wanted to delete but it says it is used by another program?

i downloaded d vinci code 2006 dvd movie in limewire, i wanted to delete it now but i cant coz it says cannot delete file, it maybe used by another program... what should i do to delete it?
