What will happen to me and how quickly if i ingest a bit of antibacterial soap?

I was just washing my hands with antibacterial soap, with an ingrediant i am not sure how to spell trisc- something. Anyway, i rinsed my mouth out really good, then looked at my hands, rubed them together, and noticed that they still had a bit of soapy bubbles on them. i rinsed my hands off again and then rinsed out my mouth again,but i am so scared that i ingested what the bottle says not to ingest, and swallowed a bit of soap residue from what was left on my hands after the washing.What should i do next?
