Can you help my 7 year old daughter with weight problem?

What is the point of purchasing a mac then installing windows using boot camp?

I was thinking about purcahaing an apple macbook, but i am an architect so i use cad programs which i cant use on a mac unless i install windows onto it using boot camp. The reason i was leaning towards a mac is becasue is is rarely gets viruses meaning no virus software to slow down my computer. If i'm just going to be using windows on the mac anyway which increases the risk of viruses, whats the point of spending twice as much money on a mac when im just going to be using windows on it anyway? I can't feel remorse or guilt?

When something like a child starving is brought up. I can't feel sorrow. I feel bad for the kid, like that'd be rough kinda way, but I don't feel brought down or sadden. While everybody else claims these feelings. Only when it's with people I know can I truly feel remorse or guilt and when I do it's such a strong feeling. But I also have depression and tend to feel down all the time. I have a dad who's rather abusive (only verbally now) and an all around bad person to everyone. Child Visitation Question, Ex hardly ever takes visits, son is special needs, needs routine?

The judge will DEFINITELY NOT take your ex's side. He has shown that he is not interested in being a father. It is not your responsibility to organise his visits. I've gone through similar things with my ex. We broke up when my son was 1 and he did not agree to a visitation schedule until almost a year later. During that time he took his son a total of 5 times - only two overnight. He always had excuses as to why he "couldn't" take him. He started the visitation after he moved into his mother's house and I know that she was really the one taking care of my son but regardless he was sticking to it. But now he's moved out of his mum's, and he's starting to ditch his visitation. Last weekend, he called on the day and said he "had to work". I found out later that he chose to work for the extra money. I feel that now he's not living with his mum, he is going to start missing visitation more often. Like you, I don't know whether to continue to let him set us up for disappointment, or just to say no. It's so unfair - they can choose not to use their visitation and there's nothing we can do but as soon as we say no you're not gonna let our kids down again, we're denying them their rights! Teen converting to catholicism?

i am in 8th grade. i am a reform jew. im not exactly religious but when i was really little i used to go to sunday school. i go to temple about once or twice a year, for memorial services for my grandparents. my dad is 100% jewish, and my mom is half jewish, half episcopal christian. ( she was raised jewish) next year, for high school, i will be attending a catholic school. According to many websites i have looked at about birth control and abortions, pills, IUD etc. are not considered an "abortion" until after implantation. which it could take days or a week or 2 for that to happen. until then, its still an egg, nothing more. it is when AFTER implantation it is considered a fetus. I don't think they should be able to put that on the labels, its preventing pregnancy, not ending it.

I'm looking for a reliable and fairly cheap air drill or air ratchet. I'm not sure which of the two is more ideal either. It would be for jobs very few and far between. Should my wife go to the er for her 250+ blood sugar level?

My wife went to the ER on wed and they said she had the start of Ammonia and Bronchitis. They gave her some medication and one was prednisone. Most of the time her blood sugar is only like 115 to 129 but today at 5pm was 139 7pm 189 10pm 201 1230am 253... it just keeps going up. Wed night it was in the 300's. i haven't checked it since 1230 since she is in bed now. I called her sugar doctor but they called back late and when he tried to call them back there office was closed for the day. Most likely we will call again in am but they are not good at getting back quick. Should she just go back o er or is the prednisone just making it go up and she will be OK. I do know 250+ is high but i don't want the er to laugh at her when she goes in and say just go home.

My ex, who lives several states away, and I agreed that he would send enough money to cover daycare costs for our son. I was sent a letter saying that the child support payments were going to be deducted from his paychecks over a month ago. After not recieving anything and covering the cost, I called him. He said that the CS has been deducted from his last two paychecks. I remember this movie and I can't think of the name of it. It was a comedic (I think) movie I think from the late 80's early 90's. The plot was there was this motorcycle gang/club and one of their members died. So the entire gang sets out to take his body somewhere, probably back to his family I think. The issue is that everyone is on probation and can't leave the county/town/state. So while they're on their road trip the parole officer is trying to track them down. And hilarity ensues and whatnot. I remember that the gang was takiing the coffin back in a red pick-up truck, and the gang did include some women. I think there was this romantic subplot tacked on with the leader biker and his wife/girlfriend where they talk about getting more serious or something like that. Ever since I picked up a flute I have always told people I wanted to go to Julliard and play with a great symphony orchestra after I graduate. That was 2 years ago when I didn't know anything about the music school and how difficult to get in. This summer I looked up everything I could about Julliard and found out some pretty devastating stuff. Their acceptance rate is so low it's sad. It seems that the only kids who get in for music are (not to be racist) but asian people who practice 8 hours a day. I always have said I wanted to be in Julliard for the hell of it. But the more I learned about it the more the entire world seems to say "You have no chance!" I love Music but I'm not sure if it's my true pion. I get annoyed and bored whenever I practice but whenever I get something right I didn't before I have a 5 second feeling of pure triumph. I know if I ever want a chance to be accepted I need do to so much. Practice for hours a day and shaping my technique. Learn everything there is to know about music and flute. Listen to as much music as possible. (i don't mind that I listen to too much Music as it is) I already take lessons from a Julliard Grad so maybe she could shape me into Julliard material. I am only 13 but whenever I want something I'll go any lengths to get it no matter the odds. But should I even bother to try?

It is hard to say but most long distance relationships are very difficult and usually don't work out. I don't want to discourage you but I experience a long distance relationship that last 3 years but was one of the hardest 3 years of my life. It ended on good terms, we had no relationship problems but are religions were different and that was the biggest thing in our way of a future. Anyway he lived 2 hours from me but although that might not seem like a long way but with him working and me working and in college it was difficult for us to see each other as much as we wanted. We fell in love rather quickly and at first we were able to see each other like every other weekend and on most holidays but our lives began to change and it got harder for us to just see each other when we wanted. The most difficult part is not seeing each other at times, it could be months before you see each other and you might say well as long as we can talk it will be ok, you can't guarantee that will change until you experience it for a while. A phone call after falling in love is not enough, you want to be with that person all the time but you can't and it hurts. You and him both will have to be willing to make it work plus there has to be strong trust, there will always be thoughts in your mind about what each other is doing while your away or is he telling me the truth, is there anyone else, perhaps spending time with the other , I mean you have to trust and communication has to be your strongest point. It can work if i you work hard at it but only if you both work hard and willing to try to compromise. IF that is what you really want I hope it works out for you but try to be strong or it wont work.

How to stop a cat from scratching furniture?

I have new couches, every time i let my adult cat in she scratches them. I put her out when she does it, and its winter and cold out, especially at night, making me feel bad but I cant have her destroying my furniture. Ive bought her a scratching pole, but even with encouragement she wont use it. Ive been told she may dislike it because its a rope one and that cats prefer carpet ones. Warner has much better receivers and not much of a running game so i'd start him over orton. This is by no means a form of racism or slander to Korean people or their culture. However, from my own personal experience working I have noticed that Koreans have a tendency of doing things at the last minute. Examples such as having materials ready, or notifying people meeting/events with little advanced notice. I am just curious if it's a cultural thing. If so, why? Has anyone else experienced this? Red blood poured out. The creature struck me in the gut. The pain was sharp and electric, and I had to take a few ragged breaths. He charged up to me, when dante slit it’s other tendon. It tripped over, which gave me a few seconds to get ready. Once it recovered, it flew up into the air and shot a stream of green fire at me. The man tossed me the sharpened spear he used to try to fend off the beast with. When the daemon prepared for another torrent of fire, I threw the sharpened stick with all my might, and it struck him in the throat. The daemon tried to rip it out, but dante jumped at it, and gave the spear another lunge into its neck. It was dead and bleeding before it hit the ground.

HELP !did i overdose on benadryl???!!!?

Why did raiders pick heyward-bey and p on crabtree?

The bottom line is that every team has different draft boards...who's considered a better prospect than whom. Just like all the fans on here have different draft boards at least in their head on who's better. There's nothing wrong with the Raiders thinking that Heyward-Bey was the best receiver in the draft. I'm sure they're not the only ones who felt that way...but were the only ones that had the opportunity to draft him, therefore cause criticism. I think Crabtree is the better receiver out of the 2, but you never know. And I don't think DHB is gonna be a bust or nothing. The only thing I feel they did a bad job on is the fact that they could've traded down, gotten another pick or 2, and still gotten the same player and paid him less money because of where he was drafted. I don't feel the Raiders are dumb for feeling Heyward-Bey was better than Crabtree or Maclin, or that they're dumb for drafting him. well if you want to publish this,then i'd suggest you change your tone and use of language. sometimes,you're sentences make use of high vocabulary and good sensory details but it suddenly switches to everyday language that i'd use when talking to a friend. (e.x. "She was frozen to the spot, the noise had stopped, the only thing she heard in the background was the chirping birds, and very distant crickets. The girl pondered for a moment trying to figure out if she had the guts to check it out, or if it was some creature from the forest that would evidentially just smell her blood flowing threw her veins and come find her itself.") the change from when you went from after the crickets to the girl was really inconsistent,and a whole story written like that wouldn't be too good. also,if this is the beginning,things are happening waay too fast and unrealistic. like,why would the boy be in her living room in the 1st place? why wouldn't she try to call a doctor,even if he was insisting against it? or try to treat his wounds herself since he wouldn't let her?
